I live in Columbus, OH, but everything I do is done virtually. We’ll just get to know each other well over video chat. You’ll need to use QuickBooks Online so that we can both access your financial documents.
Do you do taxes? +
No, I don’t do taxes. My expertise is in creating and analyzing financial statements and in setting budgets and goals for the future. In order to best serve my clients, I am unable to take on completing taxes as well. However, I will work with your tax accountant to make sure that they have everything they need in order to make tax time a breeze for you.
Do you charge on an hourly basis? +
No, I want to be a partner in your business with you. Based on the complexity of your finances, I will send a proposal detailing out the support that I will provide each month with a monthly fee associated with that. I don’t want my clients to ever hesitate to reach out to me or ask a question thinking that they will be charged for that additional time. I’m here to provide value and be a financial partner that you can lean on.
What will I have to do each month? +
Not much! In the beginning of our partnership I’ll have a lot more questions about your monthly transactions. The longer we work together, the fewer questions I’ll have. I’ll try my best to figure things out on my own. I just ask that my clients respond in a timely manner so that we can keep up-to-date. Other than that, just review your financial statements and participate in our monthly phone call! I prefer to work with businesses that are dedicated to reaching their goals. I can help you increase your profit, but you have to be invested in the process too.
How do I know if I’m ready for a monthly bookkeeping service? +
