Originally founded as Pohler and Associates, L.L.C., by Senior Partner, Sue Pohler, after she spent time as Chairman of the Ohio State Employment Relations Board, eight successful years at the Ohio State Employment Relations Board (“SERB”), and chief of collections at the Ohio Attorney General Collections Enforcement Department. The Ohio Attorney General is unique in that they are charged with collecting all debt for the entire State, including taxes, Workers Compensation, student loans, medical bills, highway car accidents to name a few of the four hundred plus clients. It

was at Collections Enforcement Sue hired Timothy E. J. Keck, our current Managing Partner. During their time with the Attorney General’s Office they shattered all records by collecting $1 billion over four years. In October 2017, the firm was re-branded to Pohler & Keck, L.L.C., with a renewed commitment to provide the highest achievable collections ratio, while treating debtors with the utmost respect and dignity.
