When you need specific AI roles like ML engineers, data engineers, or AI governance leads, we draw from a specialist network and place them fast. When you need a team to own a defined outcome under SOW (migrating a pilot to production, building a governance framework, standing up an AI platform), we deliver that as a consulting engagement with milestones and accountability. Most clients start with one and grow into the other. The line between them is flexible on purpose.

No. A scoping call doesn’t assume you have a strategy. We start by understanding where your data is, what operational problems are costing you the most, and where AI can produce a measurable outcome instead of a demo. That conversation often becomes the strategy.

What does a typical AI engagement look like? How long does it take? +
It depends on where you are. A focused assessment or pilot-to-production migration typically runs 8–16 weeks. A platform build or multi-capability program is a longer arc, 6 months or more. Every engagement starts with a scoping call to size the work, define milestones, and shape the team. We’ll be upfront about what’s realistic before we start.
Do you work with our existing tools and platforms, or do you bring your own? +
Both. We’re platform-agnostic and work with your existing cloud, data, and AI infrastructure. When a client needs tooling we’ve already built (agent frameworks, workflow engines, governance platforms), we bring those to accelerate delivery. The goal is outcomes in your environment.
