Homes on the Hill is a not-for-profit organization that develops affordable housing in southwestern Franklin County, Ohio.
About
Homes on the Hill Community Development Corporation helps families and individuals in our community improve their lives through financial education and housing education. We provide classes, counseling consultations, advocacy, resources, referrals, community support programs, and affordable housing development.
Our counselors are HUD certified, and our company has nearly 30 years experience in affordable housing. We are a 501 (c)(3) not-for-profit organization helping others through the responsible use of grants and donations. We believe providing our services to everyone free of charge helps us reach those that need our services the most.

Homebuyer Programs
HUD-approved housing counseling agency offering homebuyer education workshops, credit counseling sessions, readiness to buy assessments, one-on-one budget counseling, and action planning.
Homeowner Programs
Provides guidance and assistance to homeowners facing financial setbacks, offering counsel and resources to help save homes.
Renter Programs
Offers counseling on rental application acceptance, credit and budget counseling, community resources, and answers to rental-related questions.
Lender & Realtor Referral Services
Provides free education and counseling services for lenders and Realtors referring clients.
