Dryer Law Company is a boutique business law firm that serves clients who are starting, expanding, buying or selling a business. The firm offers both general counsel services and transaction-specific services.

General counsel services include preparation of corporate (or equivalent) resolutions, preparation of vendor contracts, answering routine legal questions, and selection/management of additional outside legal counsel as needed. Transaction-specific services include business formation advice and managing client needs relating to business acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, strategic alliances and capital funding. Dryer Law Company offers a FREE CONSULTATION to determine whether we are the best option for a particular client. For our clients, we offer several fee structure options: FLAT FEE based on the project size and complexity; CONTINGENCY FEE based on success and value provided to a client (e.g., a client only pays if an acquisition closes); and HOURLY RATE based on the project complexity.
